Submission Guidlines
We are now closed for submissions. Our next issue will be out at the beginning of January 2010.All submissions received in the last 2 weeks will be read for the following Spring issue.
- Have a look at the material and the writers on the site before you submit. The Indite Circle is open to all genres and ideas but quality and literary value are the key words. What we don't want is literature containing hatred/racism or pure smut.
- Previously published work and simultaneous submissions are OK... just inform us of the fact in your introduction.
- Length of prose ... no more than 3500 words please.
- Submit 3-5 poems or 3 short stories/chapters in one quarter period.
- If submitting to the Indite Circle for the first time, or if you'd like to update your bio: Include a short bio of yourself as a writer (a little bit about your writing/previous publications etc ... ).
- You may include a short introductory passage about the work you are submitting.
- You will be notified if your work is accepted for publication one to two weeks prior to the release of the next issue - The Indite Circle will release new issues on the first day of each new quarter unless otherwise specified.
